Idea Factory has always been one of the game companies that I've followed quite closely, ever since I fell in love with their Hiiro no Kakera series. I am incredibly weak towards storyboards based on historical folklore, and, coupled with all the tasty character designs and artwork for this game, I was SUPER EXCITED when Hakuouki's release was first announced way back about 2 or 3 years ago now~ (Sadly, I think I was probably about the only one in the whole of the UK who knew what the hell Hakuouki was at the time, so my fangirling was limited to me and the computer screen LOL).

I think I see a trend that the more I like a character, the more likely I will not be happy with my cosplay of it. I've cosplayed Hijikata about 6 times now, and not once have I been entirely happy with my cosplay OTZ. Nevertheless, I figured that after about 6 times in 2 years, I should post at least 1 pic of the cosplay up on here. xD;;;
